UX Refresh

This was a complex flow of a legacy offering within an application. The customer would land here to view and manage their purchased servers and connections.

The task was to perform a UX audit to identify usability gaps based on the UX heuristics, provide an appropriate solution against each. Align the entire interaction and visual experience with the latest design system guidelines.

Another aspect was to cater to a critical performance issue, which was becoming a frustrating point for the customers.
